Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Member", "you", or "the User") and koko308 (hereinafter "koko308", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://koko308.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and software interfaces (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on koko308, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. koko308 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Members. Access by individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited, regardless of local laws that may permit gambling at a lower age threshold.
3. You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party. Playing on behalf of, or depositing on behalf of, another person is not permitted.
4. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling activity in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of koko308 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
6. You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was suspended, terminated, or closed by koko308 for any reason, without prior written consent from the Company permitting re-registration.
7. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers the type of gaming activities offered on the Platform.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on koko308, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Registration information typically includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (MYR).

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your membership is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You are responsible for notifying koko308 promptly if any of your registered information changes. koko308 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information.

4.3 One Account Per Household

Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. koko308 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. koko308 will treat any activity carried out through your Account credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via the Live Chat channel or by email.

4.5 KYC Verification

koko308 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request KYC documentation at any time. Required documents include a valid photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

koko308 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, as well as major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit is RM30. The maximum single deposit via standard Malaysian banking channels is RM30,000. Withdrawal limits and processing timeframes vary by payment method:

• DuitNow & e-Wallets (TNG, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes.
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: Processing times vary by network congestion. BTC transfers may take 10–30 minutes; USDT (TRC20) typically processes within minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all active Bonus Fund wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real-Money Funds can be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available Real-Money Balance; (d) koko308 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

5.4 Prohibited Fund Sources

Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. koko308 operates full anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where legally required. Any funds identified as originating from prohibited sources will be frozen and/or returned to the originating payment method pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements typically range between 10x and 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 welcome bonus with a 15x wagering requirement obliges the Member to place a total of RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.

6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While Bonus Funds are active in a Member's Account, a maximum single-bet restriction of MYR 250 per wager applies across all Games unless the specific promotion terms provide a higher limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds remain active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. As a general guideline: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; virtual sports and keno may contribute at rates specified within individual promotion terms. Progressive jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless specified otherwise, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bonus Funds that remain active after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

6.6 Abuse of Promotions

koko308 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has abused, manipulated, or exploited any promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, employing prohibited betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement, or providing false or misleading information in connection with a promotion claim.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game rules and the payout structure, the payout structure as confirmed by the game server log shall be treated as definitive.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Each game carries its own minimum and maximum wager limits, as displayed within the game interface. koko308 reserves the right to modify wager limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game outcome, koko308 reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and refund the corresponding stakes to the Member's Account. koko308 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting on koko308 covers a wide range of domestic and international competitions, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and other major events. All sports wagers are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published on the Platform. In-play (live) betting is available on selected events, with odds updated in real time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koko308 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Operating, accessing, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or its games in any manner not explicitly permitted;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform's software;
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its servers or networks;
• Engaging in verbal, written, or other harassment of koko308 staff or other Members.

Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by koko308

koko308 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Member's Account activity is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; (c) the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other Members; or (d) such action is required by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting koko308 support via Live Chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, koko308 will process any outstanding Real-Money Balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the satisfaction of all applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of an Account — whether initiated by koko308 or by the Member — all licences and permissions granted to the Member under these Terms shall immediately cease. koko308 reserves the right to retain records of terminated Accounts for the period required by applicable law and regulation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the koko308 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the exclusive property of koko308 or its third-party content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform in any medium; modify or create derivative works from any Platform content; or use any Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koko308, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if koko308 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

koko308's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koko308 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. koko308 is not liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform downtime.

Responsible Gambling

koko308 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire Member base. We provide a range of tools designed to help Members manage their gambling activity responsibly, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from the Account settings panel;
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the total amount a Member may lose within a defined period;

In the event of a dispute between a Member and koko308 arising from the use of the Platform or interpretation of these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through koko308's formal customer complaints process. Members are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under rules to be determined by the Company.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm or to preserve the status quo pending resolution.

Amendments to These Terms

koko308 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable law or regulation. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations — koko308 will endeavour to notify registered Members via their registered email address or by means of a prominent notification on the Platform. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
